Doors Open at Sea House in Costa Mesa

The doors have opened at MBK Home's sales office at the new home project located at the end of West 18th Street in Costa Mesa.  Sea House offers some unique features that are new to the market.  Most notably, the project offers a roof top deck above the 3rd floor, which does offer ocean views from several of the lots.  Residents will also have the option to use the 1st floor living space as a home office.

The project offers trendy, design savvy home buyers the chance to live just minutes as the crow flies to Newport and Huntington Beaches in the urban planning nightmare that is Westside Costa Mesa.  A mix of everything from trailor parks, to self storage, to internationally recognized surf & skate company headquarters like Volcom just down the street.  The promises of Banning Ranch could help improve redevelopment possibilities along some streets between Costa Mesa and the proposed Banning Ranch, which would be in the City of Newport Beach.

In the low $600s they're not exactly a steal, but the builder may have their back against the wall if the market softens after paying a cool $6,416,000 for the lot in November of 2012.  Putting them at approximately $194,424 for each of the 33 units before any hard or soft costs.
