A 3-story house on track to be officially rated as the first green home in Huntington Beach and one of the first in Orange County will have its grand opening on Wednesday, and there’ll be plenty of fanfare, with pols including Mayor Keith Bohr and a rep for the U.S. Green Building Council. The home is 3 blocks from the ocean at 319 21st St. It’s 3,213 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 5 baths.
