You can hear the quite at this site! Just a slice of solace and heaven on earth. Approx. 165 ft. by 662 ft. of mostly flat level parcel. Not to worry about being too far off the grid because power lines run along the front of the lot. Approx. 1500 feet to the west is the nearest neighbor. Directions:  From Amboy, take Bullion Mtn Rd North, about 0.66 miles to double green posts, Mesa Rd (before flood gate at wash),  go east on Mesa approx. 1.1 miles (lot is approx. 1500 feet from last house). Edison pole on SE Corner of lot.  This property is outside of the 29Palms municipality and outside their water district. Water needs to be portaged in or a well drilled. Two houses to the west have water wells and one neighbor mentioned he has hot mineral springs water via his well. Ohhh - hot tube time! Around 2004, the Department of Defense had published a study stating "geothermal water" is abundant in the area. This was just  prior the DOD building geothermal energy conversion plants at the nearby USMC 29Palms base (approximately 4 miles to the NW). DOD report can be found under public information on-line. Lot has a gentle slow down to wash and property line ends in about the middle of the wash. Wash does have rain runoff in rainy season. Parcel to immediate west is GOVT land (5ac) Lot at end of rd (approx 165 to east) is also GOVT Land. BTW, I have actually seen CA Desert Tortoise on the land. * No assigned street address number.
