The difference between the two plans is that Plan 3 has an additional storage space and a larger entry, with space for an elevator to service all the floors. The second floor of both plans has a large open plan living and dining area, a gourmet kitchen, and a bedroom and full bathroom at one end of the floor, with a large deck space at the other end. The top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom. This luxurious space will make your jaw drop!
